1. Who we are

FireForge is an author workspace for writing fiction, non-fiction, and serialised work, with optional publishing to FictionFlux and export to third-party services.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use FireForge. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.

3. Your work

You retain all rights to the work you create. By using FireForge you grant us a limited licence to store, render, and export your work for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Publishing to FictionFlux

Publishing to FictionFlux is opt-in. The FictionFlux Author Agreement governs royalties, pricing, promo enrollment, and takedowns; you must accept it before publishing.

5. Payments

Subscriptions and AI credits are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law. Royalty payouts are processed monthly subject to KYC and minimum-threshold rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains child sexual abuse material, harasses or threatens others, or violates our Content Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account → Quick Actions; deletion anonymises your profile and unpublishes your FictionFlux works.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
